4. Paradise Tree Snake
To catch prey and avoid predators, these snakes jump from tree to tree. Southeast Asia is home to the paradise tree snake, also called the paradise flying snake.
This snake appears to be black in color, with small spherical dots covering it. Usually, the dots are green, yellow, or red, but they can also be a mix.
This snake has a lot more to offer than just gorgeous coloring! Flying into the air is possible when it flattens its body into a ribbon-like structure.
The head remains stable while the body moves. After taking off, it can fly 30 feet or more before landing when it starts to glide.
