25. Green Anaconda
The green anaconda (Eunectes murinus) is the world’s heaviest snake. The average weight of a green anaconda is about 220 lbs (100 kg), however, some have been reported to weigh as much as 550 lbs (250 kg). A

There are distinctive orange-yellow stripes on the sides of the head, which is narrow in comparison to the rest of the body. With its high-set eyes, the snake can see out of the water while swimming without exposing its body.
Because the jaw bones of the anaconda are loosely connected, they splay open at the front. As a result, it is able to swallow prey larger than its head. While swallowing its prey, it breathes through a windpipe in its mouth.
One of its largest organs is the liver. Anacondas are sluggish for many days while they digest, and it is during this period that they behave very slowly.
