17. Easter Corn Snake
The snake is only seen once a year in March and April. The specific day on which the snake can be seen varies every year, so many people do not know when to expect it.
It usually feeds on Easter eggs and can be found in areas where Easter egg hunts are held.
Snakes have also been known to eat stray Peeps and even swallow whole rabbits, but only the marshmallow and solid milk chocolate varieties.
The Eastern Corn Snake does not make a good pet since it tends to disappear after three days from its enclosure, unlike its relatives.
