RNTalks, Rhetoric to Nirvana-Inspiring Lives is a platform that encourages positivity in every from i.e. from Motivational speeches to public speaking and storytelling. We promote the common man to share their uncommon stories and experiences in life and encourage them to search for the silver lining in the clouds.
We at RNTalks, believe that communication is a powerful tool, and if used correctly can bring about positive changes in an individual’s life.
Our Focus Area
RNTalks focuses on positivity in life and hence on being stuck at home during the lockdown, refused to let negativity grip them.
They shifted their work online at the first given opportunity thus tried to spread positivity and happiness.
Refusing to be held back because of lockdown and COVID-19, we are now focusing on bringing the best out in the kids as well as adults.
We are giving a platform to the common man to perform and get his share of the limelight.
Our registration charges are very nominal and are the lowest in the market, allowing people from all economic backgrounds to participate in the contest.
Not only this we also get healers, storytellers & writers, startup entrepreneurs, motivators, life coach and leadership experts on our forum to address the public ‘live’ or through prerecorded videos.
We just conducted a “NATIONAL ONLINE PUBLIC SPEAKING CONTEST” successfully and now plan to hold a “NATIONAL ONLINE STORYTELLING CONTEST” in June 2020.
Know The Founder
Founder of RNTalks LLP®, Ms Ranjeeta Nath Ghai is a versatile personality. Highly skilled in Management of interpersonal relationships.
She is also a trainer of Soft Skills, and she has experience of 25 years of disciplined army life as a wife of an army officer in the elite Indian Armed Forces.
She has completed a successful 22 years of mentoring and thrives upon challenges both inside and outside the working environment.
She is a Veteran’s wife, published author, poet, story writer, mentor, graphic designer, blogger, Motivational speaker, soft skill Trainer, and a life coach.
Her book, ‘Mann Ki Aarzoo’ was launched in Allahabad by Padma Shri Dr. Ashok Chakradhar Ji and also projected in the New Delhi World Book Fair 2016 and Chennai Book Fair 2016 respectively.

National Online Public Speaking Contest
Recently, we RNTalks conducted a “NATIONAL ONLINE PUBLIC SPEAKING CONTEST” on 11th MAY 2020. It lasted for 3 days and the results were declared on 15th MAY 2020.
The winners were decided by the jury, Ms Poonam Joshy (personality development Trainer), Ms Rupinder Brar (teacher educator), Brig. Vinod Dutta (TV panellist & Limca Bol of Records Holder), and Ms Ranjeeta Ashesh (Founder Kshitij & Mrs Delhi NCR ‘Mrs Most Talented’).
They had two categories for the participants…Adults (18-65+ years) and Kids (6-17 years).
Participants participated from all over India, like New Delhi, Ghaziabad, Amritsar, Noida, Haryana, Kolkata, Alwar, Patna, Bhilwara, Jammu, BHOPAL, Ranchi, Greater Noida, Vadodara, Chandigarh, Telangana, Hyderabad, Pune City, Vishakhapatnam, Howrah, Jalandhar, Nagpur. All the speakers focused on positivity put up an excellent show.
Winners
The winners in the Adults Category were Ms. Ambreen Sehgal (1st), Ms. Neha Jain (2nd), Mr. Abhishek Sengupta (3rd), Ms. Anita Pathak (4th) and Ms. Nidhi Bansal (5th), and Mr Kunal Shrivastava (Viewer’s Choice Award).
The winners in the Kids Category were Ms. Devani Acharya (1st), Ms. Shravya Dubey (2nd), Ms. Jasmine Kaur (3rd), Ms. Mekhla Sengupta (4th) and Ms. Lamisah Abidi(5th), and Mr GVS Prudhviraj (Viewer’s Choice Award).

Forthcoming Events
In June 2020, RNTalks is planning on launching a second mega online event “NATIONAL ONLINE STORYTELLING CONTEST“.
Registration for the same shall open from 2nd June 2020.
This Contest will be a KIDS EXCLUSIVE contest with four different categories for the contestant.
